Whether or not you support the war,
let's remember all the brave men and women who died
while serving our country,
and their family and friends
who will forever grieve their loss.

Ah to be able to lift a leg like that would be so wonderful. I have never in my life been able to do that in the past, present, and never in the future, but I love it.
Bet you can't do this!
My inner soul wants me to try.
I wonder if I can

The Relaxing pose..Just put your mind and body together and stretch.
ACK, MY BACK
When I was somewhat younger,
I was spry as I could be,
Now, just looking at that stretch,
Puts my joints in agony.
I found a rather more gruesome picture which appealed to me, but I hope the poem fits a bit.

Balance yourself.
Look out.
See within.
Take action to be inactive
at the fulcrum’s edge of
strength and yielding.
This is stretching body.
This is releasing mind.
Ounce upon a time i did but now I wonder why I did.
One the note for this Day.
I give all HONOR and RESPECT for the gift so many gave us to defend us. I praise your families that supported you and salute you.
I think I am incapable of that kind of love too.
It is the kind of love I have for babies and small children.
Love you in the way that I am capable. xoxoxo

A young beauty wills
herself into a warm pretzel..
A sight to behold.
I really enjoyed reading all your writing in response to my painting - wonderful!
