A closed-casket funeral
"Tragic," they said
In one field, her body
Another, her head
"It shouldn't have happened,"
Was all they could say,
"But fate must have wanted it
To be this way."
Her legs in a tree
And her arms in a bog
Why didn't they tell her
It wasn't a dog?
