For the pink is much to bright, and my eyes can longer focus. I
can not breathe, for my air is truly taken away, slowly by the pulling of the strings, tighter and tighter.
Someone, please untie this corset.
Let my lungs take in life as it should be. To breathe.

This is just really about my mom, I take care of her and she is very sick with COPD. Every day is a struggle for her to take a breath.
Thank you for letting me share

I've been around a such a long, long time:
I was made when a Coke only cost you a dime;
When people still baked homemade cookies and pies;
And no-one had problems with burgers and fries,
But one thing's stayed constant (a thing I despise) -
For some reason, men don't look up at my eyes!

Aye Caramba is right. Whew! That is some woman. I sure would like a corset like that. A little tuck here, a little tuck there and I'm good to go too. That photo is great, but when you think about, how uncomfortable she must be. Thx Nancy. Have a great Wednesday. ...afterthought... Remember that saying, "My girdle is killing me." That is what this reminds me of.

Oh la la....

As I read what you wrote and the reminder of yesterday's post, I was shaking my head up and down, up and down.

Too true.

To life.

VISA, VISA, VISA

The signmaker boards up
his shop to the hum
of a waterwheel taking
another pan. A rama.
The long dusty walk.
I. Ai. Eye caramba.
Suspense? Not year
to year, only once,
when Helvetica blew
out/into the blue. Neutral
now, all the lady's labels.
Fifty cents (your choice).
No...58 + 84...Common or un-
ciphered coins on display
like revenge appeased.
Father, son, third
creature dawning too large,
too small. Wannabe.
Look in the mirror, antique,
gold of Agammemnon.
Set a type. Type a set.
The alphabet, first drawn
on the rim of a vase~~pat.
Prize for the dance~~tap.
Hammer to the song
that Corsica drums.

BODY LANGUAGE

I don't want to sound too boastful,
But I've got a perfect body,
And I love to show it off,
Without being gauche or gawdy,

Pizazz and flair is what I think,
That life is all about,
This pink corset reflects that mood,
Madonna..eat yer heart out!!

Seduction, pretty pink
How slim can I be,
