Well, I have to say that I am so very desperate to return to San Miguel de Allende. I thought I saw quite a lot but, obviously not enough.
I deliver for the Meals on Wheels foundation, and many times I have had to drop off a case to some tiny, elderly lady. Sometimes, many times Slim Fast is all that the can keep down in order to keep the weight on but, I wonder... for how long?
She touches on some controversial subjects. Very emotive. Her work is disturbing, but at the same time I find myself wanting to see more. Very nice.
The pressure of body image.
ALL THAT'S LOST WEIGHT IS HER BRAIN
"Doctor, I've OD'd on Slimfast...
I didn't read the all of the warning!"
Doc said "Take 2 Krispy Kreme Donuts,
And don't call me in the morning!"
What's truly tragic about our culture's obsession with dieting is all the people who are starving because they don't have enough food to eat.
This is the 'After'. I was never happy with the 'Before'.
Greetings from London.
I am an odalisque
of less,
Ingres would only
see sharp line
and angles.
I project as I
fade,
a modern beauty
in a world overcome
with excess.
Actually Slim Fast tends to make me hungry. After I drink one, I want to eat something with substance. She really doesn't look very good. That is too skinny. A woman needs meat on the bones. I don't beleive that saying, "The closer to the bone, the sweeter the meat." Ahem.
She was quite lovely
until the Slim Fast tricked her
to the other side. :)
